Antique Blue Storage Bench (Hungary, c.1920)
We found this antique bench with backrest and large storage capacity in Hungary. Possibly from the 1920s, it was used as a bench at the entrance of a large town house.
Our storage bench was handcrafted from solid pine wood. The passage of time has marked the furniture with cracks, crevices and small bumps that give it this unique character. The original blue paint has evolved over the years creating a patina of different color tones.
We like its blue patina, its elegance and exclusive daring.
