Description
Antique solid wood sideboard restored by hand. Oriental furniturerecovered and restored with the application of a red lacquer. Estimated age of about 160 years (construction date: around the year 1860). In this antique sideboard, it stands out its floral designs in bright colors that combine perfectly with the red of the patina. It is composed of two large doors and maintains the original metal handles. Originally the part of the shelf was also vermilion red, however, it lost its color due to its use and the passage of time and we didn’t miss the opportunity to repaint it with a green color more in line with the floral motifs of the front doors.
This solid pine wood sideboard comes from the Northeast provinces of China. Its borders and floral motifs are typical of this area. And except for some imperfections and restored bumps, it remains in perfect condition.
