→ Home delivery : Deliveries with parcel service they are in the floor of the address requested. In the case of large furniture , delivery is at the street level. It is possible to deliver the furniture directly on the floor of the requested address. Please contact us to request this option.
SHIPPING COSTS:
→Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the European Community: the shipping cost depends on the size of the piece with minimum amounts from 6.90 EUR per parcel and minimum amounts of 59 EUR for large furniture with delivery at street level. All shipping costs appear on each product sheet.
→Ceuta, Melilla and other international destinations: ask us for information by email and we will send you a transport quote of your shipping costs.
PLAZOS DE ENTREGA:
→España peninsular, Islas Baleares y Islas Canarias: Los plazos de entrega de paquetería suelen ser generalmente entre 24 y 72 horas. Para muebles de gran tamaño somos menos rápidos (entre 3 y 15 días) ya que es necesario un embalaje más cuidadoso y servicios de transporte especializados de muebles antiguos que sean fiables y requieren más días.
→ Suiza, Reino Unido y Unión Europea: Los plazos de entrega de los paquetes suelen oscilar entre 3 y 5 días laborables. Para muebles grandes somos menos rápidos (entre 3 y 15 días) ya que es necesario un embalaje más cuidadoso y servicios de transporte especializados de muebles antiguos que sean fiables y requieren más días.
→Ceuta, Melilla y otros destinos internacionales: solicítenos información por email y le enviaremos información relativa a plazos de entrega.
En el caso en que usted cree que la dirección de entrega sea de difícil acceso, por favor contactad con nosotros para verificar con nuestro transportista la viabilidad de la entrega solicitada.
Para compra de muebles de gran tamaño con entrega a domicilio, el cliente es responsable de comprobar el acceso a su domicilio respecto a las dimensiones del mueble adquirido.
Consideramos muebles de gran tamaño a piezas de más de 40 kgs o de más 150 cm de largo o si la suma de Largo, Ancho y Altura sea mayor de 300 cm.
No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
RETURNS:
→Damage during transport: If upon receipt of a part you detect that it has suffered any damage during transport, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt by mail attaching photographs and a description of the problem. The transport costs incurred will be borne by us. When we receive the part and check its status, we will refund the amount.
→Return: If you are not satisfied with the purchased part, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The shipping and forwarding costs will be borne in this case by the buyer. The amount of the product will be refunded as long as it is in the same state in which it was sent. Once the product is received, its integrity will be checked and its amount will be refunded in the same way that it was paid.
