Description
Antique Small Solid Wood Cutting Board (France, c.1920)
Our old cheese cutting board is rectangular in shape and was formerly used as a work board to prepare different foods. It is estimated to be 100 years old, and was recovered from an old house in France.
This solid pine wood antique cheese board is rectangular and small in size. It is 31 cm long and 20 cm wide with a handle for ease of use. It was recovered in a perfect state of preservation.
Pine wood, as used in one of our wooden sideboards made of pine wood, is very resistant over the years and requires very little maintenance. Pine wood was ideal for the construction of kitchen utensils such as trays, cheese boards, cutting boards and wooden bowls.
We love the color of solid wood as well as how its imperfections accrued over time create a completely unique and distinctive item.
