Antique Chinese chest with floral illustrations from the Chinese Imperial period (China, c.1890).
This oriental chest has been recovered and restored by hand. With an estimated age of about 130 years, this antique trunk is made of solid pine wood. Due to the passage of time and its prolonged use, it exhibits some bumps but in general it presents a good state of conservation.
It is characterized by its illustrations in various colors that have been almost entirely preserved. In these drawings, we can observe several still lives and floral motifs very typical of the Chinese Imperial era.
