FORMS OF PAYMENT:
→ Credit or debit card
→ Paypal. By choosing this payment option you will be redirected to the Paypal payment gateway.
→ Bank transfer. We will send you the IBAN number at the time of confirming your purchase.
→ Payment via Bizum. We will send you the active phone number for payment via Bizum at the time of confirming your purchase.


SHIPPING OPTIONS:
→ Pick up at our showroom: no shipping cost
→ Home delivery: Depending on the size of the pieces purchased we use two types of service: Parcel Service and Large Delivery Service for larger pieces.

Deliveries with parcel service are door to door to the requested address.

In the case of large pieces of furniture, delivery is at street level. There is the possibility to deliver the furniture directly to the floor of the requested address. Please contact us to request this option.

We consider oversized furniture for Great Cargo Service to pieces of more than 31 kgs or more than 150 cm long or if the sum of Length, Width and Height is greater than 300 cm (in the case of shipments to mainland Spain) or if the sum of Length plus twice the Width plus twice the Height is greater than 300 cm (in the case of shipments outside mainland Spain).

In the case of large pieces of furniture, we want to avoid the risk of return to sender due to not finding anyone at the indicated address on the delivery date. For this reason, it is necessary to inform if a date and time slot of 4 hours must be specified for delivery or if there is always someone available during working hours from 9am to 5pm at the indicated address.

It is also recommended to provide a telephone number in the country of destination in case you need to contact the addressee at the time of delivery.


SHIPPING COSTS:
→ Spain mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Switzerland, United Kingdom and European Community: the shipping cost depends on the size of the piece with minimum amounts from 6.90 EUR for parcels and minimum amounts of 59 EUR for large furniture with delivery at street level. All shipping costs are shown on each product sheet.

→ United Kingdom: The shipping cost to the United Kingdom also includes UK VAT and associated customs costs. It is a service under DDP conditions where the customer should not add any additional cost on receipt All shipping costs are shown on each product sheet.

Switzerland: The Swiss shipping cost does not include Swiss VAT and associated customs costs. The customer must add the additional costs at the time of receipt of the Swiss VAT (7.70 %), customs duties if applicable and customs charges (about 20 EUR).

→ United States : Shipping fees to the United States does not include any VAT tax or customs costs or tariffs if they apply. The client must add these additional cost at the time of reception. Due to the high volatility of shipping fees to the United States, we reserve the right to update the cost of shipping in case it is strictly necessary.

PROCESSING AND PACKAGING TIMES:
→ Existing furniture and items: We usually need only one day to prepare and package.

Antique linen cushions: antique linen cushions we usually need 3-5 business days to sew the cushions to the measurements of your purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES:
→ Spain mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands: Delivery times for parcels are generally between 24 and 72 hours. For large furniture we are less fast(between 3 and 15 days) as more careful packaging and specialized transport services for antique furniture are necessary and require more days.

Switzerland, United Kingdom and European Union: Delivery times for parcels usually range from 3 to 5 working days. For large furniture we are less fast (between 3 and 15 days) as more careful packaging and specialized transport services for antique furniture are necessary and require more days.

Delivery times are estimates made by our various carriers. We are generally punctual, but the transportation world is not perfect. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for possible delays caused by incidents occurring during transport (vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, delays due to customs inspections and other circumstances beyond our control).

In the event that you believe the delivery address is difficult to access, please contact us to verify with our carrier the feasibility of the requested delivery.

For the purchase of large furniture with home delivery, the customer is responsible for checking access to his home with respect to the dimensions of the furniture purchased.

We consider large furniture to be pieces of more than 32 kgs or more than 150 cm long or if the sum of Length, Width and Height is greater than 300 cm (in the case of shipments to mainland Spain) or if the sum of length plus twice the Width and twice the height is greater than 300 cm (in the case of shipments outside mainland Spain).

No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.


RETURNS:
→ Damage during its transport: if upon receipt of a part you detect that it has suffered any damage during its transport, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by mail attaching photographs and a description of the problem. We will be responsible for the transport costs incurred. When we receive the part and check its condition, we will reimburse you.
Return: If you are not satisfied with the purchased part, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The shipping and reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer in this case. The amount of the product will be refunded as long as it is in the same condition in which it was sent. Once the product is received, the integrity of the product will be checked and the amount will be refunded in the same way it was paid.
